ImerSeal™ 75

ImerSeal™ 75 is a domestically produced wet ground calcium carbonate that is specifically processed and treated for application into the adhesives, caulks, sealants and inks markets.

It is designed to have lower moisture content and moisture pick-up, improved dispersion, and less reactivity compared to the treated precipitated calcium carbonates or other mineral additives used in these applications.

It is of specific interest for use in applications where whiteness, thixotropy and moisture sensitivity are primary considerations.  ImerSeal™ 75 offers a number of potential advantages in moisture-cure sealant and coating applications:
